The classes will be covering three of India's main culinary traditions based on David's travels in the country and the extensive research and testing he does in developing his recipes.
- Mar. 16: Bengali Cuisine of Calcutta. 4-7 pm.
- Apr. 13: Parsi Cooking of Bombay, 4-7 pm.
- May 18: Tropical Food of Sri Lanka, 4-7 p.m.
