More than 50 of the city’s finest chefs and restaurants will participate in the gastronomic affair, including Accanto, Bluehour, Clarklewis, Nuestra Cocina, Beaker & Flask, Thistle, Genoa, Full Sail, Elk Cove, Argyle and Foris Vineyards. I've been to the event in the past and I can tell you it's quite an extravaganza and well worth the ticket price. For someone who writes a blog about what's going on in the Northwest, I sometimes feel hopelessly out of touch. For instance, I just found out that the fellow who wrote the Breakfast in Bridgetown book, Paul Gerald, has a weekly podcast called, appropriately enough, Breakfast in Bridgetown. I found this out because he interviewed me recently about what the farmers' markets have to offer in the way of morning goodness, which he handled in an engaging (and occasionally humorous) way. And the podcasts he's done with other folks are very interesting, so check them out!
