In a follow-up to the article I wrote about twins Ray Anderson of Nuestra Cucina and David Anderson of Vindalho, consummate PR person Lindsey McBride has just sent over the roster of cooking classes that David will be offering this spring.The classes will be covering three of India's main culinary traditions based on David's travels in the country and the extensive research and testing he does in developing his recipes.
- Mar. 16: Bengali Cuisine of Calcutta. 4-7 pm.
- Apr. 13: Parsi Cooking of Bombay, 4-7 pm.
- May 18: Tropical Food of Sri Lanka, 4-7 p.m.
