In a short addendum to the post below, I just heard from Kathleen Nash, studio proprietor at DWR, that Michelle Kaufmann will be speaking at the Portland Home & Garden Show at the Expo Center next weekend.She will be presenting an overview of her philosophy and the work that flows from it in a seminar titled "Let The Green In: The Work Of Michelle Kaufmann Designs."
Kathleen also says that if you go, check out the ideabox prefab (right) that DWR is showcasing in the Sycamore Canyon display garden at the show.
